This policy applies to this website and all related sites, applications, services, and tools including mobile sites and applications (collectively referred to as “our website”) where this policy is referenced, regardless of how you access or use them, including mobile devices.
This Privacy Statement is intended for employees and representatives of motor vehicle Auctions, and manufacturers. Our website is not intended for use by consumers. This Privacy Statement does not describe the ways in which we may collect or use information obtained offline or through any means other than our website. Please read this Privacy Statement carefully so that you understand what information we collect through the website and what we do with that information.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The information we gather falls into two categories: (1) information supplied by you when you register for, request or use the products, services and tools available through our website; and (2) information we collect as you use our website. Auction information. Traxero North America may reference your Auction’s subscription as part of our sales, marketing or advertising promotions. With your Auction’s prior permission, Traxero North America may reference your Auction’s information for demonstration purposes.
Online Surveys. From time to time, we survey our users to measure their satisfaction with our products and services and to help us learn more about them and how they interact with our products and services. We use the survey results to learn about our customers and to improve the products and services we offer. A third-party research firm may conduct a survey on our behalf, but we will not share any personally-identifying information you submit in response to the survey with any other third party without your consent, except as specifically described in this Privacy Statement.
Mobile. With your permission (e.g., by agreeing to let us use your current location when you first log in to our applications), our mobile site and/or applications may use precise, real-time geo-location technology to collect information about the exact location of your mobile device. We may use this real-time geo-location information to determine the closest location to you, to provide you with the content you request or products or services we believe would be of interest to you. You can opt out of precise, real-time location-based information collection by visiting the “Settings” page of the application or by changing the location services settings on your device.
